Markus is the founder of UnitedSenses. He worked in advertising before becoming creative director for Germany´s ProSieben. Later he launched SevenSenses there and soon fell in love with strong brand strategy concepts.

Sergey founded Shandesign after his creative director position at NTV. As one of Russia´s best designers and type-designers, he now operates between television and the corporate world.
